Greetings from the east coast leg of the end of the road tour. It's going fantastically. The boys and I got to spend Thanksgiving in New York City, which is my favorite place to ever spend thanksgiving. During that time I got to have lunch with my dear dear friend Jace-face, watch the balloons being blown up on the upper west side, AND see the parade. We were near the park and the parade hadn't started yet when Antonio Banderas and a whole bunch of other people appeared in this window of this apartment building high above the crowd. Everyone started waving and taking pictures, and then Antonio moved to his own window. Because he's way too important to share. And he was waving like miss america. It was amazing.

Anyway. The tour has been amazing. We've played like six stops and while I could wax philsophic on the good times and great memories made in los angeles, phoenix, boston, providence, tuscon, and philadelphia, I think it's the collective feeling that's the most important. Plus, it doesn't mean shit if you weren't there. Anyway. People are really responding to the new record, and I love playing live. I've gotten all kind of thrills from taking all kinda pills baby, but nothing compares to the high you get when you play a live show and people are yelling and start singing the words to a song you wrote, and for like a second you're completely connected with the whole room. It's electric. Boogie woogie woogie. Drugs are good too, don't get me wrong. Sex too, with a fairly competent partner. But nothing compares to rock and roll.

Anyway, here's some videos from the road. Some are ours. Some are our roady's. Cause we have a roady now! And some are fan videos. Enjoy!

The first one is us at a show and after the show. Please make note of Ian dancing like a jackass and shouting "I love this oldtime music!"

Okay so THIS was in tuscon, when a fan tossed up this tshirt she made for us with MY FACE on it. Tiniest bit creepy, let me tell you.

We like to turn the end of our concerts into dance parties. You should come check one out. We're playing at a venue near you!

And finally an actual song. This one's arms outstretched. From our new album. You don't know it? Go buy the album!
